Your orders are sent to the address you have provided to us, by a carrier of our choice, during the days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09: 00-17: 00)
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the type and volume of products you have ordered and is defined after consultation with our company. The following shipping times are indicative and not binding.
- All domestic orders (Greece) are delivered within 2–5 business days.
- All orders within the European Union are shipped via courier company and they delivered within 7–10 business days.
- Any other international orders are shipped via registered port airmail or courier companies and they delivered within 10–15 business days.

Pet Eleganti will make every reasonable effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, there can be no guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery.
In any case, you will be informed immediately about the progress of your order. If you need to give us some specific instructions regarding the time and place of delivery please contact us.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are set by our company depending on the type of product and destination.
For orders within Greece, over €70.00, shipping costs are FREE
